Unfortunately, Olive & Oliver does not offer refunds for merchandise purchased online. 


We allow exchanges for all full-priced, unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase date.  All exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations. Sale items, gift cards, vintage pieces and one-of-a-kind items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

You must include a copy of your purchase receipt with your item.  Please also include a contact email address, and the reason for the exchange.  If the item you wish to exchange is sold out or has become unavailable, you will be issued a store credit for the amount paid, that can be used for future purchases (online only).  Once your item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email letting you know whether or not your exchange has been approved.  You will then receive tracking information once your exchange has been sent.  

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

For purchases shipped internationally, we are happy to offer an exchange.  Just be aware that import taxes or tariffs, customs fees, or other charges may apply, and Olive & Oliver is not responsible for any of these charges.
